Assist in administration work.
Prepare monthly reports and maintain and Update employee’s record in Filling.
Process payrolls calculation (Inclusive of monthly allowances, OT. etc.)
Prepare Advertisement Recruitment by Filtering the resumes then arrange interview.
Conduct orientation program for new hires.
Implement / execute and monitor HR Policies / Procedures and practices within the organization.
Prepare All types of Letter or any Human Resource related documents for all positions.
Assist in permit renewal / application/Hostel.
Any tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
At least 1 or 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
CStudies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Excellent communication in Mandarin and English both written and spoken.
Proficient in MS Office and possess good numerical and analytical skills.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferably someone who can start immediately
