In less than a decade, Lotus Five Star (LFS) Cinemas has grown to become one of the largest cinema chains in Malaysia with 13 outlets and 53 screens with a seating capacity of 9,175 in both Peninsular and East Malaysia. Thamarai Estate is the first rubber estate under Lotus Plantation comprising 4,700 acres of rubber trees. In 2017, the company decided to convert this rubber estate into an integrated farming project. Replanting has since taken place here with a variety of crops being planted in stages. Thamarai Estate is fully equipped with a drip irrigation watering system throughout the estate and planting work is set to be completed by the year 2021.
