Recognising the need for more aged-care services in Malaysia, Lotus Group Malaysia introduced Lotus Care Premier Assisted Living in Petaling Jaya, the country’s first custom-designed and dedicated four-storey aged-care facility with 83 beds capacity in Apr 2021. This is in line with its focus on positioning itself as the nation’s leading aged-care service provider over the next three to five years.

Its full-board facility consists of single bedrooms and en-suite rooms and includes dining and housekeeping services. Besides providing personal care and retirement home services for residents, Lotus Care also offers 24-hour supervision, emergency response services, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, grooming, meal customization, secretarial services, and recreational activities.

The facility consists of a commendable workforce with caring nurses and PCAs (Personal Care Attendants) who are well trained in the field and have many years of experience in the industry. As per the company policy, all staff undergoes formal training to care for both independent and dependent aged residents.

Lotus Care places high importance on the comfort and happiness of our Residents by providing a less traditional approach to Aged Care. We aim to break the social stigma of sending a loved one to a nursing home by revamping it into a whole new concept of a retirement home where we package our facility as a home-like environment where you can have as much freedom as staying in the comfort of your own home.
